Open Access

Global dissemination of scientific knowledge and information is guaranteed by open access publication. The majority of academics now concur that electronic journals, as opposed to paper journals kept in libraries, are a far better method of disseminating journal articles. Open access, on the other hand, promises to improve teaching and learning, accelerate the rate of discovery, and educate the public outside of academia.

All users are granted a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to the work by the author or authors, as well as a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit, and display it publicly. They are also granted the right to create and distribute derivative works in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, provided that proper authorship is given, and to make small quantities of printed copies for their use.

Following the initial publication, a complete version of the work and all supplemental materials, including a copy of the permission as mentioned above, are deposited in at least one online repository supported by a government agency, scholarly society, academic institution, or other reputable organization that aims to facilitate long-term archiving, open access, unrestricted distribution, and interoperability.

The ABMRC-designated open access publications will request that writers provide the publisher with their rights. The copyright holder will agree to open access for the published work in either scenario.

Any re-use of published articles or papers published under a CC-BY-NC-ND copyright license from any ABMRC journal or book for the user’s or their employing institution’s private financial gain is forbidden by the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.

Commercial use: No content on the ABMRC website may be duplicated in any form or media or linked to for any commercial purpose (such as product support) without ABMRC’s prior written approval and payment of the relevant charge.
